It is the customer\u2019s responsibility to bear all costs related totransport, insurance, customs and other formalities. <\/li><li class=\"p1\">Carima reserves the right to change prices with2 months&#8217; noticeprior tothe placing of the corresponding order if raw material costs change.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-febf207 e-con-full e-flex e-con e-child\" data-id=\"febf207\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-daf9d53 e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"daf9d53\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-c34c334 e-con-full e-flex e-con e-child\" data-id=\"c34c334\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-dde1c98 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"dde1c98\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h4 class=\"p1\"><b>Delivery and Installation<\/b><\/h4>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-f73ca1d elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"f73ca1d\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<ul><li class=\"p1\">Deliveries are made in accordance with <b>Incoterms Ex Works (2000<\/b>);therefore, unless otherwise agreed, the transport costs and risks are borneby the customer.<\/li><li class=\"p1\">If <b>Carima is responsible for transport and installation<\/b>, installation by qualified technicians is essential to guarantee safety. The customer mustprovide access and the necessary conditions for the installation to becarried out correctly.<\/li><li class=\"p2\">As many pieces of equipment are made to measure, <b>customised installations<\/b> <b>cannot be returned or refunded.<\/b><\/li><li class=\"p1\">Carima will not be liable for any damage or malfunction arising frominstallations or uses that are unauthorised or not carried out by designatedprofessional personnel.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-18cf1c6 e-con-full e-flex e-con e-child\" data-id=\"18cf1c6\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element <b>first order<\/b> payment is made in cash, understood as payment prior toor upon delivery, using the methods accepted by Carima (bank transfer orcard).<\/li><li class=\"p1\">In subsequent transactions, and always subject to approval by the insurer,Carima may grant a term of <b>30 calendar days<\/b> calculated from the invoiceissue date.<\/li><li class=\"p1\">All products are delivered with <b>retention of title<\/b>, remaining the property of Carima until full payment has been made.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"p1\"><b>Warranty<\/b><\/h4>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-3a4ae0b elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"3a4ae0b\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<ul><li class=\"p1\"><b>Carima cranes and equipment<\/b>: 3 years from the dispatch date.<\/li><li class=\"p1\"><b>Batteries and accumulators<\/b>: 6 months from the date of dispatch, giventheir technical characteristics and limited service life.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-92b605b elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"92b605b\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p class=\"p1\"><b>Not covered:<\/b><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-f84a164 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"f84a164\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<ul><li class=\"p1\">Incorrect installationscarried out by third parties or improper use such as,for example, not keeping the cranes properly maintained or charged.<\/li><li class=\"p1\">Handling, repair, modification or maintenance carried out by unauthorisedpersonnel or not following the manufacturer&#8217;s recommendations.<\/li><li class=\"p2\">Damage caused by external agents or force majeure events such aselectrical discharges, flooding or other events beyond Carima\u2019s control(such as vandalism, malicious acts, etc.).<\/li><li class=\"p2\">Natural wear and tear, deterioration due to lack of maintenance or incorrectuse.<\/li><\/ul><p class=\"p1\">In the event of a confirmed manufacturing defect, Carima will repair or replace theproduct free of charge.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-4735c0b e-con-full e-flex e-con e-child\" data-id=\"4735c0b\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-46efc46 e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"46efc46\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-921beea e-con-full e-flex e-con e-child\" data-id=\"921beea\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-deab841 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" class=\"p1\"><b>Returns<\/b><\/h4>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-201876d elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"201876d\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<ul><li class=\"p1\">Under no circumstances will Carima accept returns of products inexchange for a refund of the price paid, unless all the followingrequirements are met:<ul><li class=\"p1\">The return must be made within one month following the date shownon the delivery note.<\/li><li class=\"p1\">Returned products must be in perfect condition.<\/li><li class=\"p1\">The products must not have been installed or put into service in anyfacility.<\/li><li class=\"p1\">A copy of the delivery note must be enclosed with the products.<\/li><li class=\"p1\">Slings: returns will only be accepted if they have not been openedand\/or used, and are in their original packaging, closed and sealed.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li class=\"p1\">In the event of non-compliance with the above requirements, Carimareserves the right to determine the applicable refund amount.<\/li><li class=\"p1\">Carima also reserves the right to apply a 10% surcharge on the cost of thereturn to cover handling and restocking work.<\/li><li class=\"p2\">The customer must request refunds from <span class=\"s1\"><b><a href=\"mailto:comercial@carimatech.com\">comercial@carimatech.com<\/a><\/b> <\/span><b>,<\/b>stating the order number and the reason for the return. The return shippingcosts are borne by the customer. <\/li><li class=\"p2\">After verifying the condition, the refund will be made, where applicable,within a maximum period of <b>30 working days.<\/b><\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-9d889ac e-con-full e-flex e-con e-child\" data-id=\"9d889ac\" class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h4 class=\"p1\"><b>Delivery of Damaged Product<\/b><\/h4>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-27dd95d elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"27dd95d\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p class=\"p1\">If, during delivery of the material, a visible defect or damage is detected, it must bereported within a maximum period of <b>24 hours<\/b> to <span class=\"s1\"><b><a href=\"mailto:service@carimtatech.com\">service@carimatech.com<\/a><\/b><\/span> .Documentary evidence of the damage must beprovided.<\/p><p class=\"p1\">For hidden defects that are not detected at the time of delivery, notification mustbe made within a maximum of 7 calendar days from receipt of the product.<\/p><p class=\"p1\">A note must be included on the carrier\u2019s delivery note.<\/p><p class=\"p2\">Imagesor videos of the detected damage must be provided.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-7219ebc e-con-full e-flex e-con e-child\" data-id=\"7219ebc\" elementor-element-1f69108 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"1f69108\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p class=\"p1\">Carima recommends under taking <b>training <\/b>at its facilities, provided by specialisedtechnicians, to ensure correct use of the hoists and proper maintenance of thebatteries.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-6d47830 e-con-full e-flex e-con e-child\" data-id=\"6d47830\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-dcce506 e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"dcce506\"
