The Carima Balance sling enables gait training, an upright position and safer access to the toilet. This is a sling designed for standing and walking. Thanks to the support it provides, it makes the physiotherapist’s work easier, as the assistance of several people is not required to help the patient stand and support them during walking. With the help of a ceiling hoist, it makes it possible to work on the transition to standing, maintaining the standing position, moving around, balance, etc. This sling allows the user to move around freely, remain standing in a play area with other peers, reach the mat area, etc.
